Today we celebrate Saint Patrick, and the patron saint of Ireland.

Saint Paddie’s Day was made an official feast day in the 1600s and has grown into a celebrated Irish cultural event all across the globe.

The day is celebrated by wearing green attire such as shamrocks and of course with a good drink in hand. We don’t overindulge here at Royal Vegas. Remember, everything in moderation please.

The day is also marked by celebrations in towns all over Ireland with all-day parades and festivals. There are also many sporting disciplines who will play specific matches and games today.
